A group of students from the Polytechnic University of Turin (Group 5, Digital Photography and Cinema course) is seeking actors for their short film project, ‘Homestuck’. They are looking for a male and a female lead, both with an on-screen age between 24 and 35. Filming is scheduled to take place in Turin from May 16th to May 20th, 2025. Interested individuals are asked to send a submission to matteo.dimare@virgilio.it that includes: two color photos against a neutral background (one close-up, one full-body), date of birth, clothing size, height, residence/domicile, phone number, and a brief personal introduction.
Notably, preference will be given to actors residing in the Piedmont region. As this is a student project, the roles are unpaid, offering an opportunity for emerging talent to gain experience. Samuele Cucinotta is overseeing the casting process. This project could serve as a valuable addition to a young actor’s portfolio, providing a chance to collaborate with future filmmakers and contribute to a creative endeavor, even without monetary compensation.
