A casting call has been issued for the film “The End is Blue,” a cinematic adaptation of Ratigher’s comic book “Le ragazze stanno perdendo il controllo” (Girls Are Losing Control), directed by Pierluca Di Pasquale and produced by Qoomoon srl and IBC Movie srl. The production is seeking a diverse range of talent, indicating a commitment to authentic representation. Specifically, they are looking for:

* An actress aged 40-60 of non-European descent.
* Young men and women aged 17-20, including those of multi-ethnic backgrounds, for supporting roles, with or without prior acting experience.
* A boy aged 14-16, with or without prior acting experience.
* A man around 50 years old of French origin, able to speak Italian with a French accent.

The production’s focus on diversity, from ethnicity to experience level, suggests that “The End is Blue” aims to tell a story reflective of a wide range of perspectives. The fact that the production team is prioritizing Piedmont residents could indicate that some of the location will be set in that area.
